Vision Architects is proud to unveil the transformation of the penthouse at 777 Tower—a landmark of Los Angeles originally designed by world-renowned architect César Pelli. Rising 52 stories and standing as the 7th tallest building in LA, 777 Tower is entering a bold new era. At the heart of this renaissance is a design-driven reimagination of its top-floor penthouse, once curated by Gensler, now re-envisioned by Vision Architects as a luxurious, contemporary home-office sanctuary.
Recently acquired by Chinese investors for $120 million, the tower currently sits at 50% occupancy. Vision Architects was brought on board not only to design a space but to elevate asset value through design. Our goal is to drive occupancy back up to 90%, leveraging architecture and interiors as tools for reinvestment and revitalization.
Our design challenges the boundaries between residential calm and professional clarity. Located in the clouds, this penthouse embodies a seamless fusion of lifestyle and legacy.
